Spill the Wine opened in 2007 in Downtown on Washington Avenue where it thrived as a local business serving regional wines and the current menu of small plates inspired food. After six successful years, Spill the Wine moved to Uptown, seeking a neighborhood destination and to extend its late night hours. Spill the Wine is owned and operated by Katie Greeman, a Minnesota native. Katie has worked to create an award winning wine bar in the heart of Minneapolis, featuring eclectic wine choices both familiar and from small vineyards. The wine pairs perfectly with the new American menu, featuring tapas style and offering something for everyone. For some, it may be a road less traveled with items such as pork belly burger, octopus, or one of a kind cheese curds!
